Why Choose This?

Additional support might be needed for those dogs with complex health concerns or changing requirements. Or for owners who simply prefer extra support.

Follow-up support will be billed at the rate of £30 per 30 minute blocks. Please note that email follow-up can take a considerable amount of time as your dog’s case file has to be reviewed to ensure an accurate reply. Typically 30 minutes of additional support will cover one lot of emailed questions.
